Women’s Health Care Group of PA

WHCGPA and RWHG Combine in Merger to Create New Group of Women’s Clinical Health Centers

Women’s Health Care Group of PA (WHCGPA) and Regional Women’s Health Group (RWHG) have announced that they are combining in a merger to create a new group of clinical women’s health centers. This creates the largest OB/GYN practice in the United States. Women’s Health Care Group of PA currently serves suburban Philadelphia, while Regional Women’s Health Group is located in New Jersey.

The new women’s clinical health care company will be named Axia Women’s Health and will introduce a new brand name mark. The combined health care footprint will include more than 200 physicians in approximately 100 patient care centers, four breast health centers, two perinatal testing centers, and two central laboratories.

At Axia Women’s Health, we will be expanding our reach, service capability and quality of care as we move forward with the combined organization. Supported by a larger network of providers, our focus continues to be on excellence of care for our patients.

The Women’s Health Care Group of PA is comprised of 25 divisions, with 45 locations throughout Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware Counties. Our dedicated professionals provide medical care in the most understanding and sensitive manner and strive to provide comprehensive, affordable care to women in the communities they serve.

Being a patient of a WHCGPA division connects you with a network of experts who can provide many services for women of all ages and needs. The wide spectrum of services we provide range from gynecologic care to perinatal testing and delivery to mammography.
